1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CustomCodedWebsites website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

CustomCodedWebsites provides web development services specialising in Django applications. The specific deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement between CustomCodedWebsites and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all invoices, clients will own all rights to the final deliverables provided by CustomCodedWebsites, except for:

  • Third-party software and components that are subject to their own licences
  • Pre-existing code, tools, or materials owned by CustomCodedWebsites prior to the project
  • Generic modules or components that are not specific to the client's project

CustomCodedWebsites retains the right to display and link to your project as part of our portfolio and to write about the project on websites, in articles, and in books about web design and development.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before beginning work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or according to a milestone schedule.

If a client fails to make any payment within the specified timeframe, CustomCodedWebsites reserves the right to suspend work on the project until payment is received.

5. Project Delays and Termination

If a project is delayed or put on hold by the client for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to renegotiate the timeline and pricing. Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days.

6. Liability

CustomCodedWebsites' liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the project. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
