The Project
UK Name Change needed a platform that could replace their entirely manual deed poll process. Customers had to email back and forth, payments were handled over the phone, and documents were created one at a time in Word.
We built a fully automated system where customers fill in a form, pay securely via Stripe, and receive their legally compliant deed poll document by email — all within minutes, with zero manual intervention.
